I am registered and logged in but why can't I proceed with the assessment questions?
You need to provide your information listed on the left of the assessment questions before you may proceed.

I took the assessment earlier but did not complete it. When I sign in again, my answers are all gone. How may I retrieve them?
You are required to retake the assessment again. This is to ensure that your answers are consistent and relevant with your current situation (i.e. each individual's answer may differ at different time and day).

What are the target scores?
Target scores are the target healthy states recommended by physicians.

What do the colours for My Scores represent?
  • Red = high risk zone
  • Amber = moderately high risk zone
  • Yellow = moderately low risk zone
  • Green = low risk zone
I scored a green despite not achieving the Target Score. What does that mean?
It means you are in the low risk zone amongst those in your age range. However, there is room for improvement for you to achieve the Target Score.

What is My Great Health Score?
It is the overall average of each of My Score in the 5 Assessment Areas.

Can I use my Wellness Profiling report for medical purposes?
The Wellness Profiling report you receive is not intended to be a substitute for individual medical advice in diagnosing a health/lifestyle problem. They are provided to give you a rough idea of what results you may expect from your doctor based on professionally accepted methodology. Please consult your doctor for a complete and accurate assessment of your health.

Will my personal details provided be kept private?
Yes. To understand more, please refer to the Privacy Policy under Terms and Conditions below the homepage.

Why are most of the wellness tools inaccessible to me when I click on them?

Why can't I set my intention?

Can I set more than one intention?
You are allowed to set up to 5 intentions at a time.

How can I share my intentions?
  • You may share it on Facebook by clicking on the Facebook logo.
  • You may invite friends to be your supporters by providing their email address and an email will be sent to them.

No. While the concept is the same, the mobile app is more sophisticated, allowing you to dedicate your intentions to loved ones and to set yourself reminders to make sure you stick to your 21 day programme. Why 21 days? Is there any "science" behind this?
Yes, research by famous psycho-cybernetic and surgeon Dr. Maxwell Maltz proves that 21 days is the critical time needed to achieve true changes in behavior. Just like you need to live in a new house for about 3 weeks to start feeling home, you will need 21 days to make your new habits part of your daily routine and lead you to success.

What happens if I miss a day?
The app is designed to help you form a habit by repeating the task for 21 consecutive days, and missing a day will reset you to the start. But don't be discouraged, it happens to the best of us. Your perseverance will pay off!

Can any of my information be used by Great Eastern to amend my policy conditions?

7. Do I have to be a Great Eastern customer to use the Live Great - Health & Wellness app?
No. Anyone may make use of the Live Great - Health & Wellness app to achieve their wellness goals. All you need to do is download it and start using. It's that simple. To enjoy the special offers though, you need to be a policyholder and have registered to receive your Live Great card.

8. How do I get started?
Just download it to your mobile device and complete the Wellness ProfilingLITE test. You'll be prompted with the right programme once done.

9. Will I be able to use the app offline?
Yes, the app does work even if you're offline. Yet without internet connection, the Live Great Exclusive offers from a large selection of health and wellness establishments and recommended reads will not be available.

10. Can I try out the other available programmes instead of my recommended programme?
Yes. However, if you have already begun on "MY PROGRAMME", selecting any programme will mean restarting a new programme from day 1 altogether.

11. How can I view offers available in other countries?
Under the main OFFERS page, tap on the circle icon on the top right hand corner of the screen and a list of country will be available. You may then select your preferred country.

12. How do I view more offers?
Under the main OFFERS page, tap the different categories - Medical, Pharmaceutical, Wellness and Lifestyle for more offers in that particular category. Note that you will see ALL offers (from all locations) when you have entered the particular category, regardless of your current location. In the main OFFERS page, you will only see the offers specific to your current chosen location.

13.When and what reminders will I be receiving if I turned on "REMINDERS" under settings?
The purpose of starting on your 21-day programme is to keep at it and reach your goals. To motivate you, we will send you a short note each day at 12 noon in case you have not opened the app by then yet.

14. What notifications will I be receiving if I tuned on "PUSH NOTIFICATIONS" under settings?
Notifications will be used to share with you new Live Great programme items, time limited offers and such.

15. How can I keep up with future improvements and new releases?
By turning on "PUSH NOTIFICATIONS" under settings within the app, you will be able to receive new updates and notices from Great Eastern.

16. How many programmes can I choose?
You can follow only one programme at a time, but you may choose any of the programmes in place. You can of course do all of them one after the other. Entirely up to you!

17. How do I reset my programme?
Under "MY WELLNESS", tap on the reset button on the top right hand corner and confirm.

18.Can I fill only some of my details and still get my Wellness Results?
No. To give you a reliable score, we do need you to input all key facts and answers listed in the Wellness ProfilingLITE. Without this complete view, your Wellness Score just would not be solid enough.

19. Will any of my information be used by Great Eastern to amend my policy conditions?
No. No data related to your health or resolutions in this app will be used by Great Eastern for any policy calculation purposes. We strictly respect your confidentiality and keep the content of this app strictly separate from your policy information.

Great Eastern LIVE GREAT Card Programme

1. What is the Live Great Programme?
The Live Great Programme is the first of its kind in the Asian insurance industry. Designed to support all our policy holders' best intentions for healthy living, it is a holistic health and wellness programme delivering expert advice, simple tips, support, articles, apps, rewards, special offers at partner establishments and more, via the specially created Live Great Health & Wellness Portal.

The Live Great Programme consists of the integration of 5 key pillars:
  1. Wellness tools
  2. Health tips
  3. Mobile applications
  4. Workshops and events
  5. Exclusive privileges

2. What is the Live Great card?
The Live Great card is a plastic card issued to Great Eastern Life policyholders making them card members of the Live Great Programme. Upon presentation of the Live Great card, these card members will be able to receive exclusive privileges from participating partner establishments and also gain access to exclusive workshops and events.

3. Who can receive the Live Great card?
Currently, only Singaporean, Malaysian and selected Indonesian policyholders of Great Eastern Life are eligible to receive the Live Great card. There are plans to widen the availability of the Live Great card to all other customers in a later phase.

4. How does the Live Great card work?
Card members who present the Live Great card at participating partner establishments in Singapore, Malaysia and around the region will be given benefits such as discounts, instant price-off purchases, attractive vouchers and/or items. As a card member, they will also receive exclusive invitations to health and wellness related workshops and events.

5. Is there a threshold value to my policy before I can become a card member?
All policyholders of Great Eastern Life qualify to be card members of the Live Great Programme regardless of the value of their policy(ies).

6. What if the policies have lapsed or have been surrendered?
The card will only be issued to all current policyholders of Great Eastern Life. In the event that the policy(ies) has lapsed or been surrendered, the policyholder with an existing Live Great card will still be able to enjoy using his/her card for the full validity period of the Live Great card.

7. Is there an annual participation fee for this programme?
There is no participation fee required for now.

8. Where can I apply for the Live Great card?
Policyholders can apply for the Live Great card on the websitelivegreat.greateasternlife.comusing their identification number. Alternatively, they can also mail-in, fax or simply approach their Great Eastern Life agent to assist with the enrolment.

9. I am an existing policyholder of Great Eastern Life. I tried to register for the Live Great card online but was unable to do so.

10. If I apply for the Live Great card online, when can I start to enjoy the privileges, how long do I have to wait and how do I collect the card?
No self-collection is needed as the card will be sent to your mailing address in two to three weeks. No activation of the card is needed so you may start to enjoy the privileges once you have received the card.

11. What should I do if I have not received my Live Great card after three weeks from application?
The Live Great card should reach all applicants within two to three weeks. However, if the Live Great card has not been received after three weeks, please report to our customer service hotline or email us at:-

12. Are memberships transferable?
No. Transferring of memberships is not allowed.

13. Am I allowed to apply for supplementary cards for my spouse and children?
The Live Great card is part of an exclusive programme made for all Great Eastern Life policyholders only. At the moment, Great Eastern Life does not provide supplementary cards. If your family members are interested to take up the Live Great card, please refer them to your insurance agent who may be able to advise them on how to register for the Live Great card.

14. What should I do if my card is damaged, lost or stolen? And what should I do if I need to update any changes to my contact details?

15. What is the cost for card replacement?
You will be charged a fee of S$20 (inclusive of GST) (for Singapore) or RM50 (for Malaysia) or any other sum as may be determined by Great Eastern Life from time to time for a replacement card in the event that you have lost or damaged your card.

16. How would I know what discounts and privileges the partners are offering?
Live Great card members can check the latest promotions/offers from participating partners:

The validity of the card is 3 years. Thereafter, a renewal card will be issued should the policyholder still be eligible.
